Your signature is placed on a record page added to the end of the PDF.

The record page lists the signer's name, role, WhatsApp number, place, date and time, and the fingerprint of the exact PDF they signed. If anyone later changes the lease pages, the fingerprint will no longer match the earlier copies, so keep the WhatsApp chat with every version.

On WhatsApp, send the PDF as a Document (paperclip or + → Document), not as a photo, so it arrives unchanged.

La hoja de registro incluye nombre, carácter, número de WhatsApp, lugar, fecha y hora, y la huella digital del PDF exacto que se firmó. Conserve el chat de WhatsApp con todas las versiones. Envíe el PDF como Documento, no como foto.
